应用

不同种类的马铃薯(S. tuberosum)中存在至少2种同工酶:一种的ATP酶/ADP酶比例较高(∼10)和另一种较低(∼1)。

生化/生理作用

三磷酸腺苷双磷酸酶存在于所有真核生物和部分原核生物中。 马铃薯三磷酸腺苷双磷酸酶在调节生长和发育中发挥着至关重要的作用。 Apyrase可参与神经刺激后突触ATP(作为神经递质)的失活,以及抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集,以防止血栓形成 。 其活性需要二价金属离子,并且使用5mM的钙离子观察到最佳的活性。
