生化/生理作用
盐酸金刚烷胺在体内和体外均对流感病毒有效。它还可作为N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)型谷氨酸受体的拮抗剂。金刚烷胺在多巴胺的释放中起着重要的作用,用于阻止多巴胺的再摄取并阻断小胶质细胞激活和神经炎症。
多巴胺释放剂用于治疗帕金森综合征和药物引起的锥体外系反应。
