一般描述
己二酸二酰肼是一种同型双功能交联剂,对醛具有特异性。因而腙键相对稳定。在高碘酸盐氧化后,己二酸二酰肼常用于位点特异性连接各类糖蛋白,如抗体。低pKa的酰肼可避免与伯胺竞争,因此可在pH 5.0条件下进行氧化和偶联。
应用
己二酸二酰肼已用于:
- 制备反应性预混物,合成多孔生物材料
- 交联甲基丙烯酸化硫酸软骨素 (MA-CS) 涂层,利用基于碳二亚胺的化学方法生产和表征甲基丙烯酸化硫酸软骨素磁性纳米粒子(MA-CS MNPs)
