General description
细胞生长测定试剂盒（基于MTT）设计用于以分光光度法测量细胞生长，作为活细胞中线粒体活性的函数。MTT(3-(4,5 -二甲基噻唑-2)- 2,5 -二苯基溴化四唑)系统是一种简单、准确、可重复性的方法，可通过线粒体脱氢酶活性测量活细胞活性。
Application
细胞生长测定试剂盒（基于MTT）已用于：
- 测定成骨前细胞的细胞活力
- 正常人前列腺间质和上皮细胞的MTT(3-(4,5 -二甲基噻唑-2)- 2,5 -二苯溴化四唑)检测
- 测定原代宫颈上皮细胞的细胞活力
Packaging
每个试剂盒包括5瓶试剂，每瓶含1 mL 5 mg/ml MTT的RPMI溶液（无酚红）和50 mL MTT溶剂（0.1N盐酸的无水异丙醇溶液）。 优化后的各组分体积大小尤其适合多孔板细胞生长。 MTT溶液按总培养体积的10%添加，因此每个试剂盒的测试次数取决于培养容量和/或体积大小。
