一般描述

再生或激活:
饱和分子筛可以通过再生恢复到其原始容量,其原理涉及改变吸附剂周围的条件以获得非常低的平衡容量。通常,吸附和再生的平衡能力之间的差异越大,则再生的越快且更完全。
分子筛可以通过以下四种方式之一进行再生:
1.热再活化 - 二氧化硅的最高再生温度为300°C。
2.压力再活化
3.在常温常压下将适当的液体通过凝胶床。
4.通过使高浓度分子在流体中通过凝胶床,从而去除吸附物。
选择一种分子筛:
1.分子吸附的先后取决于孔径和网孔尺寸。
2.硅胶吸附特定化合物的动态能力取决于其内表面积;表面积越大,动态容量越大。
3.吸附速率和分辨率的清晰度主要取决于粒径和柱填充;细小的颗粒尺寸可提供最佳的分辨率清晰度。
4.液体最容易从溶解度最小的溶剂中吸附;良好的溶剂可以成为良好的解吸剂。
5.高极性液体易于吸附。具有羟基或含氧的化合物可被强烈吸附。
6.对于相似的化合物,分子量越高,选择性越高。
7.对于相似分子量的烃,吸附性随双键数的增加而增加。

应用

沸石是一种微孔硅铝酸盐矿物,可用作分子筛和多种阳离子(如Na+、 K+、Ca2+、Mg2+等)的吸附剂。 沸石可用于开发各种生物反应器装置。
