一般描述

圣草酚是一种能掩盖苦味的膳食类黄酮,主要由北美圣草(Eriodictyon californicum)和毛建草(Dracocephalum rupestre)提取,但也存在于许多柑橘类水果、药用植物和蔬菜中。

应用

圣草酚还可用于从肥大细胞脱颗粒和神经酰胺激酶活性方面研究其抑制IgE/Ag诱导I型超敏反应的机制。它也可用于通过激活Nrf2/ARE信号通路研究其潜在的抗糖尿病和神经保护活性。

生化/生理作用
