一般描述

1,3,5-三苯基甲臜是由2,3,5-三苯基-2H-氯化四唑(TTC)盐还原后产生的不溶性化合物,是细胞氧化还原电位指示剂。该反应不可逆。TTC甲臜颜色鲜艳,可使用分光光度计定量分析。

应用

1,3,5-三苯基甲臜用于:
  • 定量细菌细胞中2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)还原活性
  • 作为研究TTC处理研磨种子产生的甲瓒光密度的标准品
  • 对心脏组织进行染色以评估梗死面积,或进行灌流固定以进行形态学以及组织学和免疫组织化学研究。
