一般描述
视黄醛、视黄醇和视黄酸是维生素A的醛、醇和酸形式。由于脂肪链中的不饱和键，类视黄醇的几何异构体较多。类视黄醇还存在视黄醇酯形式，如视黄醇丙酸酯、视黄醇乙酸酯和视黄醇棕榈酸酯。
应用
