一般描述

亚精胺三盐酸盐是一种脂肪族多胺。对其晶体结构进行了研究。据报道,在从梨形四膜虫中分离大核的过程中,它可以保留细胞核并防止组蛋白的蛋白水解降解。

应用

盐酸亚精胺用于以下用途:
  • DNA 提取和限制性内切酶酶切
  • 核移植
  • 在鱿鱼种的化学分析中 Todaropsis eblanae
  • 作为药物插层剂的一种。
  • 血小板聚集
通过与 K2PdCl4 和 PdCl2 反应,可用于合成钯配合物 [sperH3]2[PdCl4]3、[PdCl2(sperH)]2[PdCl4] 和 [(PdCl2)3(sper)2]。

生化/生理作用

抑制神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)。结合并沉淀DNA;可用于纯化DNA结合蛋白。刺激T4多核苷酸激酶活性。

注意

如果需要无菌溶液,则应采用无菌过滤而非高压灭菌。时间一长,亚精胺将发生脱氨基作用;溶液应采用冷冻保存。通常需要配制新溶液。
