应用

碘硝基四唑(INT)是一种四唑染料前体,在还原时形成紫色甲瓒染料,已用于多种应用。它被认为比某些四唑化合物具有更高的反应性,至少就琥珀酸脱氢酶而言,使用0.8 mM INT的浓度可获得最佳结果。INT用作比色测定的电子受体:乳酸脱氢酶、黄嘌呤脱氢酶、乳酰辅酶A脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、BBM II酮异构酶、组氨酸脱氢酶和多种其他水解酶。
