iTRAQ® 试剂是一组同量异序的、多重、胺特异性、稳定同位素试剂,可以同时标记多达 8 种不同生物样品中的所有肽,可同时进行相对和绝对的鉴定和定量,同时保留重要的翻译后修饰(PTM)信息。iTRAQ ®试剂可用于研究受扰动系统(perturbed system)中蛋白质的差异性表达。
包含SDS变性剂、TCEP还原剂、MMTS半胱氨酸封闭试剂、TEAB缓冲液、异丙醇,以及可用于2个8-plex Multiplex Kit、3个4-plex Kit或4个mTRAQ® 10 Assay Kit所需的其他材料。
应用
