一般描述

iTRAQ®试剂是首个多重、胺特异性、稳定同位素试剂组合,可同时标记8种不同生物学样本中的所有多肽以进行鉴定及相对和绝对定量,并且保留重要的翻译后修饰(PTM)信息。
包含iTRAQ® 试剂113、114、115、116、117、118、119及121,以及SDS变性剂、TCEP还原剂、MMTS半胱氨酸封闭试剂、TEAB缓冲液和异丙醇等,可用于最初的实验方案开发。

该试剂盒包含与Sciex iChemistry® 货号4390811相同的试剂。

应用

iTRAQ® Reagent - 8PLEX One Assay Kit蛋白质多重检测试剂盒已用于相对和绝对定量同位素标记(iTRAQ, isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation):
