一般描述

应用

生化/生理作用

N--对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基酮(TPCK) 可用作糜蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂。胰蛋白酶诱导人纤维细胞分化。胰蛋白酶被广泛用于蛋白质组学中的蛋白质样品消化。在细胞培养中,进行胰蛋白酶消化是为了使贴壁细胞彼此分开并离开培养容器壁。
