微颗粒或称乳胶珠常被称为聚苯乙烯微颗粒,是带负电荷的胶体颗粒。微颗粒是在受控条件下通过苯乙烯的聚合反应生产。反应的有利环境诱导了结合态珠的自发形成。微颗粒或称乳胶珠是以含聚合物颗粒的水溶液的形式供应。聚苯乙烯′在589纳米下的折射率是1.5905 ,480纳米下是1.602。
应用
微颗粒或称乳胶珠可用于各种应用,如:
- 电子显微镜术
- 细胞计数仪校准
- 免疫诊断学,特别是乳胶凝集测试和
- 吞噬作用研究。.
