应用

一氧化氮(NO)是一种气态的顺磁性原子团,是生物系统中一种非常重要且通用的信使分子。NO可通过NO合成酶(NOS)由L-精氨酸合成得到它可作为内皮细胞舒张因子(EDRF)及抗血小板药物。它还可作为噬中性粒细胞产生的神经递质及已活化的巨噬细胞产生的细胞毒素。虽然NO在生物系统的分子功能是多种多样的,不过NO最重要的功能是激活鸟苷酸环化酶。

Griess分析方法是一种用来检测NO浓度的最常用及最简单的方法。Griess分析的原理是汇总重氮化合物间的含氮耦合,这种耦合是来由磺胺与NO2及萘二胺形成的。硝酸盐2/亚硝酸盐2 检测试剂盒含有多种染料,一种硝酸还原酶,一种酶辅因子,缓冲溶液及作为标准品的NO2和NO3溶液。因此,使用该试剂盒可以轻松地对总NO代谢产物进行检测。适用的NO2 检测范围是10到100μM。
