应用

2,2,2-三氟乙醇可作为溶剂:
  • 通过醛、丙二腈和间苯二酚或二美酮的无催化剂一锅缩合合成 2-氨基-3-氰基-4H-铬和四氢苯[b]吡喃衍生物。
  • 在异相 ZIF-8(沸石咪唑酸框架)催化剂环境下,氨基与甲酸的 N-甲酰化。
  • 通过蒽酰胺与烷基、芳基或杂芳基酮或醛的缩合制备 2-取代-2,3-二氢-4(1H)-喹唑啉酮衍生物。
