一般描述

N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)是一种与水混溶的有机溶剂,用于合成苯乙烯、乙烯基树脂、线型聚酯、丙烯酸纤维、塑料、农药和合成革。此外,它还用于粘合剂、薄膜和油漆的生产。它参与过渡金属的脱氢、脱水、卤化、去质子反应和还原羰基化反应。它还可以作为催化剂、促进剂、卤素/烷氧基或羟基/卤素交换介质、还原剂和碱源。

应用

N,N-二甲基乙酰胺可作为溶剂,用于合成:
  • 在 LiCl 环境下下,用微晶纤维素、CaCl2 和 NaH2PO4 合成纤维素-HA(羟磷灰石)。
  • 在 LiCl 环境下从各种碳水化合物和天然生物聚合物木质纤维素合成 5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)。

它还可用于:
  • 在 Pd 催化下利用分子氧从烯烃中区域选择性合成酮。
  • 作为溶剂和亚甲基源,使用 Cu(OAc)2 催化剂,用于两个咪唑[1,2-a]吡啶的区域选择性链接。
