一般描述
二甲基亚砜(DMSO)是极性溶剂。由各种亲电子试剂(草酰氯)活化的 DMSO 已用于氧化各种醇(伯、仲、烯丙基、苄基、受阻和双环)。形成羰基化合物作为反应产物。由于其高稳定性,已提出将其用作甲基溶纤剂的替代溶剂用于茚三酮反应。
应用
二甲基亚砜(DMSO)已用作对 Mtb(结核分枝杆菌)H37Rv 宿主细胞进行的高通量化合物筛选研究中的溶剂。
