应用
该药物二级标准品的用途如下：
- 在二甲双胍杂质氰基胍的存在下，液相色谱法分离和测定药物制剂中的二甲双胍和其他美格替耐类(Meglitinide)抗糖尿病药物
- 开发反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)-紫外二极管阵列检测器(PDA)法分析盐酸二甲双胍和氢溴酸替格列汀复方片剂中的杂质
- HPLC-DAD和高效薄层色谱(HPTLC)法检测复方片剂中的恩格列净、利格列汀，还有二甲双胍及其相关杂质氰基胍和三聚氰胺
- 开发和验证稳定性指示方法-毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)定量分析药物制剂中的二甲双胍及其主要杂质
- 高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同步测定药片中的维格列汀、二甲双胍和二甲双胍相关化合物(A、B、C)。
