General description

3-(2-吡啶基)-5,6-二(2-呋喃基)-1,2,4-三嗪-5′,5′′-二磺酸二钠盐也被称为Ferene,常用于测定水溶液中铁离子的浓度。该试剂对亚铁离子(Fe2+)反应灵敏,在还原剂存在的情况下与这些离子形成紫色复合物。形成的紫色的强度与溶液中铁离子的浓度成正比,并可以分光光度法定量测定。
