一般描述

浅绿色三苯甲烷(LGSFY)是酸性三苯甲烷染料的二钠盐。它还称为浅绿、丽丝胺绿SF、食品绿2、绿色205号、酸性绿、酸性亮绿5、酸性亮绿SF。除伊红Y和bismark brown Y外,LGSFY是巴氏染色的重要成分。浅绿色SF淡黄色是胶原蛋白的组织学染色剂,也是食品和饮料允许使用的着色剂。

应用

浅绿色SF通常用作核染色的细胞质复染色,如番红和富尔根染液。在组织病理学中,用于胶原纤维马森三色染色、巴氏染色细胞学多色染色和组织切片微生物的特沃特染色。它是用于分化垂体分泌细胞的多色染色法的组成部分。浅绿色SF也能对植物细胞的纤维素细胞壁染色。
