一般描述

戊二醛(1,5-戊二醛)是一种脂肪族二醛,常用作多功能生物化学试剂。戊二醛溶液由固定性能不同的单体和聚合体混合而成。其应用包括作为蛋白质交联剂,促进显微镜学、组织化学和细胞化学中酶的固定。该化合物可用作SDS-PAGE、染色或电子显微镜检查之前的胺反应性同型双功能交联剂和细胞固定剂,适用于各种形态学研究。
