柠檬酸一水合物 (CAM) 是一种有机酸。在柠檬酸合成过程中,可在 20-25℃ 下从柠檬酸溶液母液中结晶制得。据报道,其水溶液的摩尔焓为 δ 溶胶Hm (298.15K, m = 0.0203molkg-1) = (29061±123)Jmol-1。对其晶体生长动力学的研究表明,生长与尺寸呈线性关系。
应用
