II型胶原酶(Cls II)是溶组织梭菌分泌的主要的一种组织解离酶。它帮助消化I型胶原酶分解而成的胶原片段。胶原酶属于基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)家族成员,消化细胞外基质(ECM)中的胶原。胶原蛋白是由三条胶原多肽链以高拉伸强度缠绕而成的三螺旋结构蛋白。
该产品与Biochrom GmbH部件号C2-22和C2-28相同。由胶原酶、梭菌蛋白酶混合而成的酶,具有来自溶组织梭菌的胰蛋白酶和蛋白水解活性。该制剂显示高梭菌蛋白酶活性,其胰蛋白酶活性接近于I型。适用于肝脏,骨骼,甲状腺,心脏和唾液腺组织。比活度为每毫克粉末物质125至250 Mandl单位。

II型胶原酶(Cls II)已用于:
- 作为RPMI-1640培养基组分用于消化肝组织
- 灌注鼠心脏,用于分离心外膜基质细胞(epicardial stromal cell, EpiSC)
- 消化胶原酶,并注入肾内腹主动脉(intrarenal aorta abdominalis)灌流肾脏
