生化/生理作用

丁酸钠是一种短链脂肪酸,在毫摩尔范围内抑制组蛋白脱乙酰酶(HDAC)。减少细胞内Ca2+ 的释放。诱导数种细胞系的凋亡。丁酸钠诱导中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞和其他人类细胞系产生重组蛋白。丁酸钠影响细胞内的蛋白质组和基因表达通路。它抑制细胞周期相关基因,并修饰参与细胞代谢和凋亡的基因。
