生化/生理作用
吖啶橙 (Acridine Orange) 是一种异染性染料,可以染色 DNA、RNA 和酸性糖胺聚糖。低浓度时嵌入 DNA 并沉淀 RNA。然而,在高浓度时,它使 RNA 和 DNA 变性并沉淀。吖啶橙也用于分析自噬。以 pH 依赖性方式进入酸性细胞器。在中性 pH 条件下,吖啶橙发出绿色荧光,在酸性条件下,吖啶橙在酸性细胞器中聚集,发出鲜红色荧光。
