白蛋白是一种球状蛋白质。血清白蛋白是多基因蛋白家族成员。人血清白蛋白 (HSA) 由三个形成心形结构的同源结构域 (I-III) 组成。每个结构域都都包含两个子结构域 A 和 B。牛血清白蛋白 (BSA) 的结构与 HSA 非常相似——心形结构，具有三个同源结构域 (I-III)，每个结构域具有三个子结构域。
应用
山羊来源白蛋白已用于验证放射免疫分析 (RIA)-780 和 805 的特异性。
生化/生理作用
