一般描述

三氯乙酸（TCA）是一种氯化乙酸。它是三氯乙烯（TCE）的主要代谢产物之一。[1]

应用

三氯乙酸可用于以下研究：
  • 估算各种生物样本中的磷（血清，尿液和粪便灰分溶液）。[2]
  • 在测定动物组织中的脱氧核糖核酸、核糖核酸和磷蛋白时，去除酸溶性和脂质磷。[3]
  • 制备2-甲基-4-硝基苯胺三氯乙酸三氯乙酸（2M4NATCA）晶体。[4]

10％三氯乙酸可用于制备放射性蛋白质。[5]
传统上用于沉淀蛋白质。用于通过定量沉淀测定蛋白质浓度。用作脱钙剂和显微镜样品的固定剂。
