一般描述

3-羧基-4-甲基-5-丙基-2-呋喃丙酸(CMPF)是呋喃脂肪酸的主要代谢产物,是一种尿毒症毒素(UT),在生理条件下通过有机阴离子转运蛋白排泄到尿液中。据报道多在慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者体内蓄积。监测CMPF对于预测CKD患者的有机阴离子转运多肽(OATP)1B活性可能很重要,因为研究表明患有这种尿毒症毒素的患者的(OATP)1B活性呈下降趋势。对于从糖尿病前期进展为2型糖尿病的患者,患有肾衰的患者,高温烹饪的多不饱和脂肪酸和食用鱼或鱼油的受试者,也发现其浓度增加。
