生化/生理作用
烟酰胺可作为生产β-烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 (NAD+) 辅酶的前体。它参与NAD+磷酸盐 (NADP+) 的合成。它还调节细胞存活和死亡机制。烟酰胺缺乏症的症状包括疲劳、皮肤色素沉着、食欲下降和口腔溃疡。它的慢性缺乏会导致糙皮病。烟酰胺有减少氧化应激的保护作用。
烟酰胺是维生素B3的酰胺衍生物,是PARP抑制剂
