  • 通过气相色谱与火焰离子化检测器联用（GC-FID）分析咖啡油和烘焙咖啡后的残渣中的11中脂肪酸及其脂肪酸甲酯。
  • 使用酸性催化剂三氟化硼催化脂肪酸衍生物生成酯后用GC-FID同时测定牛初乳样品中的脂肪酸
