一般描述
Tazobactam sodium is the sodium salt of the β-lactamase inhibitor antibiotic, tazobactam. It is a semisynthetic parenteral penicillin which can be combined with piperacillin and ceftolozane drugs for treating a variety of infections.
应用
Tazobactam sodium may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
