General description
油酸甲酯是单不饱和脂肪酸（油酸）的甲酯。
非共轭亚甲基亚油酸酯比共轭的亚油酸甲酯更容易被氧化 。
Application
有机溶液中的亚油酸甲酯和偶氮引发剂诱导的脂质体膜中磷脂酰胆碱（PC）的氧化通常被用作体内脂质过氧化模型。 。
该分析标准品也可用于：
- 通过气相色谱-燃烧-质谱法与气相色谱-火焰电离检测法进行比较分析，以测定生物柴油样品中脂肪酸甲酯
- 基于气相色谱-串联差分迁移谱法（DMS）的分离和生物柴油样品中16种甲基和乙基脂肪酸酯的定量
