应用

根据G.Clark(ed.),Staining Procedures,4th edition,Williams&Wilkins,173(1981)测试染色血涂片。根据Pappenheim的研究,将May-Grünwald溶液用于巴氏染色。

原理

当 Giemsa 染液对血涂片进行染色时,白细胞的细胞核和细胞质将呈现特征性的蓝色或粉红色。使用经纯化的伊红和噻嗪染料可使批间差异最小化。
