一般描述
诱惑红(E29)时一种单偶氮染料,作为合成着色剂添加到各种饮料、果汁、烘培食品、肉类和糖果产品中。根据指令 94/36/EC 的附件 I,它已被欧盟(EU)注册批准用作食品添加剂。美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)已批准其在食品、药物和化妆品中的使用,作为苋菜红(红 2)和赤藓红(红 3)的替代品。它通常被称为食品红40号和食品、药品和化妆品红40号(FD&C红40号)。
应用
