一般描述
齐帕特罗属于β-肾上腺素能激动剂，由于其扩张支气管的性质，用于治疗肺部疾病。它在兽医学中也被广泛用作增加肌肉和减少脂肪的生长促进剂。
应用
盐酸齐帕特罗分析标准品可按如下方式使用：
- 对牛血浆和组织样品中齐帕特罗进行测定，先使固相萃取（SPE）96 孔板法进行样品制备，随后通过液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法（LC-MS/MS）进行分析
- 液相色谱-串联质谱法（LC-MS/MS）对多种肉类样品中的 3β-激动剂齐帕特罗、克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的多残留分析
- 基于 QuEChERS 的两种动物组织样品（肌肉和内脏）的制备，用于通过液相色谱/串联质谱法分析七种 β-激动剂
- LC-MS/MS 法测定牛组织样品中齐帕特罗、莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的开发和验证
