General description

Fluacrypyrim is a novel small molecule, capable of inhibiting STAT3 protein activation in the G1 phase of cell cycle, thereby inducing cell cycle arrest, hence preventing growth of leukemia cells. It has a very high selectivity for inhibiting aflatoxin produced by the aflatoxigenic fungus.
