生化/生理作用

氯化铵是氯化铵-氢氧化铵缓冲系统的盐组分,当其浓度为 50 mM 时,可完全抑制 MDBK 细胞的 BVDV 感染。用氯化铵 (NH 4 Cl) 处理的病毒由于中和了内体的 pH 值,导致传染性丧失。因此,具有低 pH 依赖性融合活性的病毒不能将其包膜与内体膜融合。
