应用

生化/生理作用

据报道,阿拉伯胶(GA)可作为强氧化剂,对小鼠因产生自由基所致肾毒性具有防护作用。阿拉伯胶还可通过激发胰腺β细胞释放胰岛素来降低血糖浓度。可通过增加粪便胆酸和影响脂质消化发挥降血脂作用。可治疗肝和肾衰竭。含氧化酶、果胶酶和过氧化物酶等酶,可抵抗细菌引起的蛀牙。阿拉伯胶与巨噬细胞活化抑制的不良反应有关。
