一般描述

血清素,又名5-羟色胺,是在中枢神经系统分布的一种重要的生物单胺类神经递质和神经调质。参与调节食欲、焦虑、睡眠、情绪和血压等多种生理过程。血清素水平下降会导致肥胖、精神分裂和抑郁等病症。

应用

本品为分析标准品,用途如下:
  • 使用镍、锌和铁氧化物纳米颗粒掺杂多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)涂覆玻碳电极(GCE),通过循环伏安法电化学测定尿液样本中的血清素
  • 开发和验证超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定各种生坚果、烤坚果和坚果商品中的血清素
  • 设计RuO2纳米线/CeO2-AuNFs纳米纤维/氧化石墨烯/官能化多壁碳纳米管修饰的丝网印刷碳电极,用于多残留分析脑脊液和维生素C片中的血清素、多巴胺和抗坏血酸
  • 将纳米钻石和纳米金组成的纳米薄膜通过酪蛋白固定到电极上,制备低成本玻碳电极(GCE),用于定量分析尿液样本中的血清素
  • 毛细管等速电泳-毛细管区带电泳2D技术结合串联质谱(MS/MS)测定尿液样本中的血清素
