Application

General description
甲酚红(Cresol Red)，又名邻甲酚红，属于酞和磺酞类染料。在pH 0.2-1.8之间，甲酚红由橙色变为黄色，在pH 7.0-8.8之间，由黄色变为紫色。在碱性溶液中，甲酚红为亲水性双阴离子。双阴离子形式为小分子，呈紫色，具有比黄色羟醌形式更大的共轭结构。
