生化/生理作用

溴甲酚紫是一种 pH 指示剂,可将颜色从黄色(低至 pH 5.2)变为紫色(高于 pH 6.8)。主要用作酵母细胞中的荧光染料。有助于细胞膜损伤细胞的死细胞计数。细胞膜正常的细胞不被染色,而受损的细胞则为蓝灰色重影。
