一般描述

Araldite®是通常用于嵌入的一种环氧树脂。它基本上不受聚合破坏且可塑性在显微镜下也不会升华,因此可提供了连续的支撑并保留了精细的细节。它由方钠石M或CY 212、十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和2,4,6-三二甲基胺甲基苯酚组成。

应用

在制备大鼠肝脏的超薄切片以使用电子显微镜检查由丁基化羟基甲苯等抗氧化剂食品添加剂诱导的肝毒性时,Araldite® M与环氧丙烷以1:1的比例被使用。
