应用
EGC 可作测定以下中EGC的分析标准:
- 通过高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测 (HPLC-DAD) 结合电喷雾离子化 (ESI) 和三重四极杆质谱法测定果汁中的EGC;
- 通过 LC 耦合粒子束/电子电离质谱 (LC-PB/EIMS)测定绿茶标准参考物质 (SRM)中的ECG;
- 通过HPLC,使用电化学检测 (ECD)测定茶叶提取物中的EGC;以及通过HPLC-DAD测定植物性食品中的ECG。
生化/生理作用
绿茶多酚。抗癌剂。抗氧化活性低于 EGCG。
