应用
没食子酸辛酯可作为参考标准品，通过高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱（HPLC/TOF-MS）以及带有HPLC二极管阵列检测（DAD）的交替罚分三线性分解（APTLD）对食用植物油中的没食子酸辛酯
- 进行测定，
- 干燥食品可通过带有光电二极管阵列（PDA）的反相HPLC进行检测。
