Amberlite CG50是一种弱酸性的羧酸型阳离子交换树脂。
应用
Amberlite CG50已被用作参考阳离子交换树脂，用于检测分子印迹聚合物（MIP）药物中遗传毒性氨基吡啶杂质的结合和洗脱。它可用于纯化牛乳过氧化物酶，以便研究异丙酚对乳过氧化物酶的抑制作用。
弱酸性阳离子交换树脂，用于分离和提纯细胞色素 C、胺类、药物、金属离子、凝血酶，以及中和溶液。符合美国食品药品管理局食品添加剂法规 21 CFR 173.25 的要求。
