一般描述
乙醛是一种无色易燃的有机液体。它可以由乙炔水合和乙醇催化氧化产生。主要用于生产乙酸。
乙醛的热分解机理已有报道。它是肝脏中的乙醇代谢产物,可与各种蛋白质共价结合,从而改变肝脏的功能和结构。在水滑石型催化剂存在下的乙醛和庚醛的醇醛缩合已有所介绍。
应用
乙醛可用于酶促合成脂肪酸。
生物医学应用里,关于生产具有细胞粘合性和排斥性的纤维状生物材料的研究中,乙醛可用于在等离子体聚合中将反应性醛基沉积到基质上。在采用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测法(GC-FID)测定全血、玻璃状液、尿液等不同人体基质中的丙酮、乙醛、乙醇和甲醇时,也可将其用作校准标准品。
