General description

Taq DNA聚合酶是一种高度持续的5'→3'DNA聚合酶，缺乏3'→5'核酸外切酶活性。它是一个单一多肽链，分子量约为95kDa。

孵育步骤：
将M13mp9ss、M13引物（17mer）和1 μCi (α-32P) dCTP与合适稀释度的Taq DNA聚合酶在50μl培养缓冲液中于+65℃条件下，孵育60分钟。掺入的dNTP的量可通过三氯乙酸沉淀进行测定。
