General description

纤连蛋白负责细胞与细胞外基质的相互作用。参与细胞的黏附、迁移、生长和分化。是血浆和其他体液的可溶性成分。此外，它也是不溶性细胞外基质的一部分。

Other Notes

人血浆纤连蛋白由两条相似的多肽链（α-、β-链，每条 220 kDa）组成，通过两个二硫键连接。
仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。

每毫克纤维连接蛋白含 1.126 mg 甘氨酸和 0.058 mg 氯化钠的冻干粉

Preparation Note

工作浓度： 5μg/cm 2 用于细胞培养器皿包被
储存条件（工作溶液）：-15 至-25°C
复溶溶液在 -15°C 至-25°C 下稳定。
备注： 将复溶溶液分等份储存于-15°C 至-25°C 条件下。
避免反复冻融。
分别加入 1 或 5 mL 无菌水，得到最终浓度为 1 mg/mL 的溶液。在 37°C 下孵育 30 至 60 min 以溶解。 不要搅拌。
 复溶后，溶液可能含有少量不溶性聚集物。这些聚集体是纤连蛋白固有的现象，不影响产品性能。
