一般描述
碱不稳定的地高辛(DIG)-11-脱氧尿苷三磷酸(dUTP)以1 mM四锂盐溶液形式提供。其中DIG通过碱敏酯键与dUTP进行结合。
应用
碱不稳定的地高辛-11-dUTP可用于非放射性DNA标记,例如随机引发或切口平移。它也是杂交实验中探针标记的首选,该过程需要对膜进行剥离和再标记。
生化/生理作用
